I did an oil change here. They took me on the same day, and it only took 45 min from dropping off my car to picking it up. They did a tire check as well. I was waiting in a clean waiting room with free Wifi. The staff is professional. They gave me some discount as well. I used to go to a local store, but it took 4-5 hours, and it was not as professional as this store. Highly recommended.

I've been a Goodyear customer for years. This is the second time that I went for an oil change, with an appointment, and it took ridiculously long. There's no excuse. They tried to blame it on the oil cap being screwed on too tight that it broke (but they had a replacement lying around so I wasn't charged?). I waited at the park for over two hours, with my kids, and the car didn't even get inside the shop during that time. All in all, had a 10am appointment and my car was ready around 2pm. My daughter had to call out of work and I barely had time to get home, change, and get to my job. The last time we went to Goodyear we had a similar situation but it was worse, as in it took ALL DAY for a job they told me would take an hour or so. You hope that it's a one time, random thing that won't happen again but apparently not. This will have to be the last time we go there, the workers are nice enough, but the wait time is unacceptable, especially when they tell you that your vehicle will be ready in 1-1.5 hours.

I came on time to drop my car off for my scheduled appointment. The first female service advisor told me it should be done within 1.5 to 2 hours. I call around 2.5 hours later and the person on the phone said that the car wasn't on the lift yet and they should be starting on it soon. 45 minutes later, someone calls me and says my car was done. Bummer they didn't finish within 2 hours, but I've yet to find a shop where they finish within their estimated time. So that's average. The second female advisor when I picked up my car was not so nice. Maybe she was talking to someone on the phone who was hard to work with, but gave that resentment to me when it was time to help me. Her dismissive attitude towards me was really off putting. Especially when she switched up her attitude to being upbeat while speaking to her coworker then back to being dismissive when she was telling me about the service they did. She told me they tested my battery and suggested that I should change it. I changed my battery less than 10 months ago. Take what you will with that, but I definitely will not be taking that advice.

Appointments mean absolutely to this business. I was 10 minutes early for mine. 2 hours and 20 minutes later they hadn't even looked at my car. The employees are good and courteous. The owners must be the ones who don't give a rip about wasting customers' time.

Very very poor experience. Made an appointment online and received confirmation via email. Get to site on time and during check in they stated I had no appointment and that they didn’t have the tires. I showed proof of appointment and they stated I would have to wait as a walk in since there are no technicians available and they will have to find tires on site that would fit my car. After almost two hours I finally got called to the counter to say they will be starting the car soon and that the only tires they had were a higher series of tire (ordered Coopers and they only had Goodyears. Only good thing about this experience was that I got Goodyears at the Cooper price since that is all they had). After another half hour my car finally goes in to get worked on, now 2.5 hours into me sitting in their lobby. Once the car was finished I paid and left. Totaling just under 4 hours. I get home and notice some marking on the wheels, thinking it was just the soap used to put the tire on I thought nothing of it for a few days. Today when I washed the car I found out…let’s just say…it’s not soap. There are heavy scratches all around the outside of the wheel on all 4 wheels!!! I used to work
